  • The Politics of Prophecy, de Frederick Pohl
  • Governing the Alien Nation: The Comparative Politics of Extraterrestrials, de Clyde Wilcox
  • Feminist Utopian Science Fiction and the Possibility of Social Critique, de Josephine Carubia Glorie
  • Isaac Asimov, the Endless Struggle with Jewish Identity, de Rodrigo Menéndez
  • Military, Democracy and the State in Robert A. Heinlein's Starship Troopers, de Paul Cristopher Manuel
  • George H White's "La Saga de los Aznar" and its use by Spanish right wing politicians, de Henry Jenkins
  • "We owe them to interfere": Star Trek ans US Statecraft in the 1960s and 1990s, de Mark P Lagon

(And now, for the American visitors, who many days have been almost so many as the Spanish ones:) This afternoon, for reasons not relevant here, I went into the library of the Faculty of Political Science of the University located in my city, a city that has the name of a fruit and also of a weapon consisting of a small container of an explosive. Imagine my surprise when I saw in the exhibitor of the  books recently acquired a bookcontaining several policy studies in science fiction. (So far everything is true, really)

Unable to hold back tears and determined not to miss the opportunity, I gave a precise blow to the professor who at that very moment was flipping through the book (well, here I do think I'm embellishing things a bit) and I started to apply for a loan in the self-service machine.

The book, whose title I will not reveal for reasons which I shall explain, contains 14 studies on science fiction, both visual and written, and its political aspects. As I see there are many more people visiting this blog than leaving comments, I decided to propose a game for intriguing people and making them leave some comments. (It's free, for God's sake!).

Here are the titles of some of the essays in the volume (if I put the name of the book, it would be sooo easy to Google it, but it wouldn't be me who you cheated, but you and all those things they say at school)  But two of the essays are false. Can seasoned readers discover the two intruders and explain why they think they are a fake?
